Synopsis:
The old taxi call box in Steinwerder, an old part of the port of Hamburg, has seen better times. Storehouses and piers are crumbling and become overgrown. Now and then a truck is rumbling by. Only in the former telecommunications office a light is still burning. The authorities of the port have new plans, investors are luring. The ringing of the cab call box trails off unheard.
